International students flew thousands of miles to chase a dream; they come to the United States carrying big dreams and even bigger sacrifices—leaving behind family, familiar languages, and the comfort of home to build something extraordinary. But the path from classroom to career is rarely straightforward, and for many, the doors that open the widest are the ones they simply can't afford to walk through.

That's where you come in.

Beyond Our Limitations (BOL) exists to close that gap. We've hosted career and immigration workshops, provided resume reviews and interview preparation, and sponsored students to attend some of the most career-defining conferences in the country, including the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE).

These conferences bring together recruiters, hiring managers, and industry leaders from companies like Google, Apple, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, and many more. They give international students the opportunity to build meaningful connections, grow professionally, and, for many, secure internships and full-time careers.

This November, the SWE Conference opens its doors—and we want to make sure no deserving international student is left behind because of cost.
