Beyond Our Limitations (BOL) is dedicated to empowering international students in the United States to excel professionally, academically, and socially.

To date, we have advanced this mission through:

Career Workshops: Résumé reviews, LinkedIn workshops, and other targeted sessions designed to help students stand out in competitive markets.

Immigration Workshops: Collaborations with immigration attorneys to guide students through filing for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) green card independently of employer sponsorship.

Conference Sponsorships: Funding attendance at leading conferences such as the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), covering registration, travel, accommodation, and meals.

Community Building: Cultivating a thriving WhatsApp community of over 100 international students, fostering connection, shared experiences, and access to valuable resources.

Future Goals to Expand Our Impact:

• Provide full college and university sponsorships for international students.

• Fund and support small businesses and startups founded by international students.
