About BOL’s sponsorship to SWE 2026 (WE26)

BOL will be sponsoring 3 international students to the Society of Women Engineers WE26 conference, happening November 7 - 9, 2026, in Boston, MA. Our sponsorship package includes the following:

• Scholarship of up to $3,000 that will be used towards the following:

  • Payment for conference registration

  • Payment for air fares to and from the conference location

  • Payment for accommodation for the conference

• Resume review session to prepare our sponsees for the conference

• Interview prep session to prepare our sponsees for the conference

Application Timeline:

• Application deadline: August 17, 2026 at 9pm CST

• Interviews are conducted: August 18 - August 26, 2026

• Decision is communicated no later than: August 29, 2026
